Which vaccine do you need?

Booster Vaccine

Anyone aged 16 and over, and some children aged 12-15, who had a 2nd dose of the vaccine at least 3 months ago.

Anyone 12 and over with a weakened immune system, who has already had their 3rd dose at least 3 months ago, will be offered a booster in addition to 3 primary doses.

Spring boosters are available for anyone over the age of 75, people who live in a care home or people aged 12 and over who have a weakened immune system.

Third primary dose

Anyone aged 12 and over with a weakened immune system.

A weakened immune system includes those with leukaemia, advances HIV, anyone receiving chemotherapy and recent organ transplant patients.
