The coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines are safe and effective. They give you the best protection against COVID-19.

The first dose of the COVID vaccine gives your body a massive immune boost – including against new variants.

The 2nd vaccine and the booster ensures continued protection for those most at risk from COVID-19.

Can I get my 2nd COVID vaccine?

All adults are eligible for a 2nd COVID vaccine.

At-risk children aged between 5 and 11 years old, are eligible for the 1st and 2nd dose of the COVID vaccination.

If you are 12 years and over, you can get both the 1st and 2nd COVID vaccines.

Who can get a COVID booster vaccine?

Currently, 3rd doses and boosters (4th doses), are only being given to those with a severely weakened immune system, as well as at-risk young people aged between 12-15 years old.
