Who are the Staffordshire & Stoke-on-Trent Health & Care People Hub?
We are a team working in partnership with NHS Trusts and Care organisations across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent, finding the right people for the right job roles in the response to COVID-19. We recruit caring and compassionate people, registered and non-registered, who have the right values to care for patients or provide administrative support to busy teams in a variety of settings when they are required. Individuals recruited to the Hub are ready to be assigned to urgent work placements, supporting health and social care in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
What opportunities are there for me if I join?
You’ll be joining a hub of likeminded people, registered and non-registered, ready to help and support the coronavirus effort through a variety of key roles, with placements of varying length (some roles may be required for 3-12 months and others ad hoc to support based on urgent pressures).
You don’t need healthcare experience to apply! You’ll set your working preferences and we’ll share available and urgent placements that match to you.
“Please note we've had a fantastic response to our roles below, thank you to everyone that has applied so far. We're temporarily pausing applications to deal with the response and will reopen them shortly - please keeping checking back.”

If you are looking for a new job, please note that these roles are ‘fixed term’ ranging from 3-12 months and hours and length of placement will be reviewed regularly in line with the demands of the Coronavirus pandemic. Hours can be flexible to suit your working preferences. Once your initial People Hub placement comes to an end, you will return to the Hub and be sent further opportunities as they are identified.
If you have part time employment elsewhere the placements below should be in addition to your current employment.
