A meeting held in public is a meeting between members of a group or committee where members of the public are invited to attend and listen. The public are invited to attend public meetings and anyone who attends can participate in the discussion.
The prime function of these meetings is to conduct the business of the Integrated Care System. Members of the public are invited to ask questions of clarification relating directly to the agenda at the meeting.
